SPM Strategies/VOTEGTR is seeking a creative and versatile Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling narratives for Political Clients including Republican candidates and for creating engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns, for a variety of audiences.
Develop, write, and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs.
Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and implement content strategies.
Write and edit content for fundraising emails, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and appeal to diverse audiences.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
Proofread and edit content produced by other members of the team.
Keep abreast of the latest trends in content writing and social media.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and tone.
Qualifications:
College degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred.
0-1 years of experience in content writing, with a focus on social media, blog posts, and email campaigns.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an understanding of the special requirements of writing for the web, such as the use of keywords, hyperlinks, navigation, and the importance of brevity.
